This is going to sound like the biggest excuse to buy a handbag ever – Hollie, you own a Mulberry Roxanne and you love your ‘Focco’ ? All of the above is true however, both of those bags have absolutely wrecked my shoulder.
I had been experiencing a lot of neck and shoulder pain for a while and hiking heavy books, folders and pointless rubbish in my handbags all day was taking its toll on my right shoulder. I decided that for meals out, shopping days and any other day when I won’t need that much stuff, a new bag needed to be sourced. I found the double sized, quilted bag in Pull ‘n’ Bear and whilst the size and the price were right, the colour I had initially seen was wrong. I love burgandy shades but I didn’t want my bag in that shade or the tan variant on offer. It wasn’t until I was leaving the store that I spied a black version on a shelf, I was sold. The bag fits in my DLSR, purse, coin purse, phone, umberella, lipstick, flat keys and sunglasses snuggly with a little room left over for the odd chocolate bar and tissue. If you’re looking for a ‘day bag’ that doesn’t break your shoulder, I recommend this one.
