This week I gave yet another red hair dye a chance to become my favourite. It does, however, seem that the Garnier Nutrisse dye I tried last month is unbelievably hard to beat. I gave the Superdrug Colour Vibrance dye in ‘Mango Copper Burst’ a whirl in a bid to top up my copper colour. I am still in the mood for auburn hair so I gave the shade Mango Copper burst a try. The Colour Vibrance dyes are great value for money at £4.49, perfect for anybody on a budget.
The dye is applied to dry hair. I left the solution on my mid-lengths for 20 minutes and on the end of my hair for 10. The colour is a little scary in the bottle but washes off a dark yellow colour.
I found that the mixture is quite drying and my hair needed some serious conditioning post-dye.
I used the entire tube of the Intensive Colour Conditioner and left it on my hair for 10 minutes.

The dye itself worked effectively and I love the colour. For the price, you can’t really complain though as it gets the job done nicely and fuss-free. Just make sure you have plenty of intensive conditioner to hand!
I used to use this colour all the time, it's a fab product. I still use Superdrug's own brand but a different shade, they're amazing!

i just bought this on saturday, can't wait to use it now
Let me know how you get on 🙂
I have dark brown eyes, pale skin, and naturally dark brown hair that is currently dyed dark reddish brown.
Do you think this color would be too orange for brown eyes?? I really want to go for copper/orange red hair. Any help would be appreciated! thanks 🙂
Love the colour! My brown hair is dyed with (faded) xxl red passion – do you think this would look ok over the top?
